    Extension-ladder work on tall or awkward windows costs a little more.

  • Hard-water spots, paint overspray, deck sealant

    Removed as part of the job; heavy build-up may add a small charge.

  • French-pane and storm windows

    Quoted by the piece because sizes and storm types vary widely.

  • Very dirty sills and white vinyl frames

    Full nook-and-cranny detailing is available at your request.

  • Travel outside the metro
